Signifcant Flood Event for SE TX

FFW for S Central and SE TX.
Amount between 5-10" in some areas. Already areas near Bryan/College Station have picked 15"

Tornado watch here in addition to the Flood watch. Looking at radar, I'm about to get pounded!

and tornado warning in NE Harris County and Liberty county.
Just got back from lunch and checking the sky out it is quickly destabilizing out there. This am it was upper 70's with super moist air and now it is lower 70's with a N wind coming off the incoming storms. Not a pretty scenario in my estimation. These same storms were heading N this morning and pounded Bryan/College Station with 2 tornados, hail and up to 15" of rain like KD said.
