Does anyone know what this term is referring to and what the number afterwards means? Have to do with the Jet Stream Height?

I think Mean Storm Motion Vector refers to the direction in degrees that most storms will move and the speed in knots.

That would make sense. Anyone one else with input?

I would think that is referring to the average direction and the average speed in knots. Definitely seems to make sense.
