Kind of strange how the SPC has a Moderate categorical risk into parts of Nebraska and Iowa, yet the probablistic graphics show ALL tornado and wind probabilities south of the Nebraska/Kansas border. Large hail is the main threat of Nebraska and Iowa.

A moderate risk for large hail..., I better get some padding over my car !

Well, could be worse. You could be ear marked like I am with two days straight of moderate risk for severe weather. Day 1 I can understand, but day 2 already has KC in the map AGAIN. Ugh.

I thought the same thing when I looked at day 1 this morning Brian... strange indeed! I'm gonna say the day will be sunny and hot here today... maybe a storm late this afternoon, but that's about it... tomorrow? Things look much better for my area tomorrow!
