Line of very heavy rainfalls train over the same location...

in Charleston, SC -- West of the Ashley (Wesy Ashley) ... up to 4" of rain fell in just 2 hours, and damn, wouldn't you know it? I FORGOT to pack the digital camera!!!
Turky's Towing Company were in the process of pulling out two vehicles, one was submerged 2-3' of water (water up and over the hood of the vehicle) ....
This was MY report filed at 11:15 am with the NWS ...

2 TO 3 FEET OF STANDING WATER...UP TO HOODS OF CARS. TOW
TRUCKS PULLING CARS OUT OF AREA.
More spotters and another trained spotter crossed the area 11 minutes later ... absolutely amazing day ... just 3 miles away north ... almost bone dry ... and here in Ladson, NO RAIN ...
