Hey ya'll. I have spent the last 30 minutes or so in the basement. The sirens went off here this evening prior to a svr storm warning and now that I am upstairs I hear a lot of sirens in the distance. I am gonna go check things out since the storm has passed now. I will keep you updated, especially if there was a tornado. It might have been a wall cloud!!!

Hi ya'll. Sorry for posting this in the wrong forum. I was nervous and not paying attention.
WE HAD A TORNADO!!!
It hit part of the high school and nearby adjacent buildings. No word on injuries. Hopefully none!

Hi everyone. Apparently there are a few minor injuries. I have no specific details, though I did hear from a friend that the high school has "quite a bit" of damage.

David, I would be happy to pass the crown to someone else.

Three tornadoes in about a year is too many for me.

Glad you're safe too Garrett. 3 tornadoes in one year? Wow! Whatever you do DON'T ever move to Xenia, OH - that poor town has had at least 7 maybe even 10 tornadoes touch down. The town was nearly leveled on the now infamous day of April 3, 1974. We Cincinnatians just cannot believe how many times Xenia has been hit (Xenia isn't too far from Cincy). Local mets comment on it all the time. Well, your '3 in one year' just reminds me of Xenia - ya sure you don't live there? LOL

Thanks everyone. Some wind damage in town this morning, too, due to the squall line that pushed through.

Yeah, I agree with ssom04, three tornadoes in one year sounds AWESOME!!! But at any rate like I already told you, glad you are safe! Tornadoes are good from a distance, but we don't want them tearing our houses apart!
