Worst Flooding in 65 Years

That's how yesterday's flooding in Camden and Burlington Counties in NJ is being described. The Tabernacle/Medford area was hit with almost 13" of rain. There are main roads that are closed because they are still flooded out. There were 500 evacuations or rescues (I'm not sure on that), 8 dams broke and those counties are under a state of emergency. There were no injuries reported but alot of people can't get out of their homes or towns because of the situation. The local congressmen are applying for the area to be considered a "Federal Disaster" area.
Camden County is pretty well built up - there are alot of big towns in that county. Burlington County is twice the size of Camden and is a combination of suburban and farming towns. alot of where the rain hit was in farm territory, though in recent years, the developers have been chipping away at that. Now, we need to formally "preserve" a farm in order to protect it from being bought and developed.
