My NWS has upgraded the percent from 20% to 50%

CHASE TARGET= Sioux City, Iowa After 3 PM then move east.

Certainly going to keep a good eye on this potential today. Wind shear will definitely give the region a more dinstinct threat of supercells and isolated tornadoes late this afternoon and early tonight, with high winds and hail during the later evening hours.
