bagby's stuff is cool (had a t-storms class with him last semester), but the good stuff is under Brad Muller's page - click it.
scroll down to click 'essential wx links'
the stuff you want is in the satellite section. check out j-track and play with it... gives you the current location, identification and information of a whole load of satellites. NASA GOES is great too.

but as for viewing your house... space imaging is the only one i know of, and it'll cost ya.
