Hi Halloween Gale,
It's VERY windy here in Marstons Mills--don't have way to measure wind speed, but it's pretty bad! Today almost all the leaves have blown off the trees and lots of little and not so little branches, too so this weekend is probably yard/leaf cleanup.
Wind is really howling down chimney, etc. Sounds as if it's "inhabited..."
I think it is pretty bad all across the Cape!

Very windy up here too in Toronto. At 1pm ET, the airport measured sustained winds of 36mph gusting to 48mph. Earlier in the day, showers moved through that produced small ice pellets.
Yarmouth Nova Scotia..in southern Nova Scotia province, also reporting 48mph gusts at 2pm ET.
