Northeast Gulf Bomb?

Don't look now, but a buoy in the northern gulf has 1000 mb of pressure, which is at least 5 mb lower than the lowest pressure at 12z. Pressure falls are centered just off the coast of AQQ, so it looks like the surface low is deepening and moving towards the northeast. Looks to be dropping a mb per hour. This information provided by Jim Westland from the National Weather Service in Birmingham, AL.

There's a recent central pressure reading east of JAX of 996 MB under this intensifying coastal low. Only expect this to intensify further overnight into Monday as it takes the trip up along the eastern seaboard. Definitely major travel impacts on the way.
