Flash flooding in the Greenville area!!!!!!!!!

Last night brought one severe thunderstorm warning in Greenville county yesterday evening. The wedge held tight over the area and kept severe weather at a minimum. The severe thunderstorm that went through Greenville came through Pickens and dropped large hail. I do not know what size and I will try to find out. However we had heavy rains from 9:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. bringing rainfall between 3 and 4 inches of rain. My area recieved in that time frame 3.28 inches of rain. Most of that fell between 12:00 a.m. and 2:50 a.m. This caused widespread flash flooding in Greenville county. The reedy river and brushy creek are still under a flood warning until 9:00 a.m. and other adjacent locations. Hopefully people heeded the warnings and moved to higher ground. Scattered thunderstorms are expected today as the front approaches from our west this morning possibly causing more problems. Temperatures held in the low 50s overnight. Hendersonville, and other areas out to my west also flooded. Down the road from where I live the creek that runs int the reedy river has overflowed its banks and has not receded. Luckily its way back in the woods and only overflows onto my road and not no houses. Does anybody have any severe reports to my south? Got to go for now.
