We had almost 3 inches of rain here in Baltimore. The biggest story was the flooding from rainfall. There was also and still is minor tidal flooding on the Chesapeake Bay and adjacent rivers. Only difference is it looks alot more choppy today courtesy of 30-40 mph gusts. We could gusts 50-55 mph potentially later on today as this pressure gradient tightens further. The peak gusts should occur between 2 and 6 pm today.
Also just checked the river stage for the Susquehanna at Conowingo Dam and it's at 24.3 feet and rising. It will rise to 29.0 feet or 5.5 feet above the flood stage level of 23.5 feet. This means 31 gates at Conowingo Dam will be opened and there is a level 6 flood alert for Port Deposit, maryland. No doubt a serious flood potential through tomorrow.
