Steph - I agree that is a bit too much rain. I would be in shock if there is any talk of drought before 2004.

Hi,
We could use rhe rain here. We are behind on precip for the year, despite all the severe weather earlier this month.

I'd take it. We're only at normal, so anything we can get is good for our ground.

I'll say that's wet. The latest forecast for southern New England is similar and I will be there this Tuesday.
Orlando is considered near normal (mentioned this another thread), but we can still use the rain... could just imagine what it would be like if we didn't have the rare March rain; most likely would of been like the last few years were by this point of the calendar year.

Well Ohiostorm i wouldnt expect much in the way of rain untill atleast Saturday night when the upper low nears the area. It looks like our best shot for rain will come Sunday into Monday when the upper low moves to a position just north of lake Erie and then its off and on showers untill atleast the middle part of next week......The same could be said for the ne with the exception that the rain will arrive there full fledged tommorow from south to north..........What a rotten Memorial Day weekend..........I know alot of people that own buisnesses at the DE coast that will not be happy about this forecast.........

Actually, the forecast is alittle better now - Partly Sunny for Sunday, T'storms for Monday and alot less rain for next week.
I do feel guilty about complaining about it since we're just getting out of our drought and I know that there's alot of you out there that REALLY need it!
So far through May 19, we had 15 days of rain, two days that were partly cloudy and two that were sunny!!!!
