the top 3 states with the most tornadoes per year are #1 is Texas with 124 tornadoes per year... #2 Oklahoma with 52 tornadoes per yr. and #3 kansas with 47 tornadoes per yr. and the top 3 cities with the most tornadoes per sq.mile per year is Dallas/Fort worth, Oklahoma city and Tulsa, Oklahoma. its been kinda cool in the southern plains (when precipitation has hit) theres only been one bout of tornado like weather. the southeast has had most of the severe weather but the southeast warms up sooner most yrs. then north tx and ok. theres still cool air spilling in from colorado and kansas into Oklahoma and North Texas but after this last wave of cool air goes away around may 7th tornadoes should start firing up around North Texas..............
