Sunfest Sunday afternoon ?wpb rain?

ok guys - am trying to decide whether it is safe to go this afternoon? our local nws says rain and lightning but when i look at the radar appears that it might be avoiding our area? what do you guys think? iw ant to here someone play at 3. help me here . is it worth the $50 bucks or will we get rained out? you can add your disclaimer - i won't blame you if it's does something different! lol what are my odds here?
