Looking at the radar shows me that if those gulf storms can support themselves over land (that is if the dynamics are right), we here in Ocala may be in for some strong to severe weather. The good thing for us (though not good for experiencing severe storms) is that it has been raining since I woke up at 9 o clock and there hasn't been any warming, its 68^ right now. This should limit instability in the atmosphere I would assume.

Our dog Gideon is hearing the thunder in the distance and not liking it very much. He does not care for storms.

Looks like central/western Broward is getting it pretty good right now ...

If it doesn't die out as it approaches the coast, I should be getting a nice deluge in half an hour or so.
