3 to 6 inch diameter tree branches down. A handheld anemometer measured a 52 mph wind gust and 3.5 inches of rain fell in 20 minutes.

Five downed power poles with downed lines trapping thirteen people in eight different vehicles at Blue Ridge Road and Wade Avenue.

6 inches of water covered intersection of Falls of the Neuse and Spring Forest roads. Another vehicle floated and blocked the intersection.
