Air Stagnation Advisory

I've seen ASA's issued for the eastern US before. More common in Fall than late Spring when you have the inversions but air stagnation can also occur under a High or ridge aloft when subsidence caps the low levels and low level winds are light-then the setup becomes favorable for photochemical smog.
