Hey north Texas, rain on the way?

Hey north Texans, hope appears on the horizon. Looks like a rare July cool front may "ooze" down into north Texas and stall out this week ... giving y'all a good chance of rain.
Austin's done fairly well in the last 2 weeks with some rains but I know it's been toasty further up I-35. Good luck!

So far high temps on Wed is expected to be 91, Thur to be 88 and Fri to be 93. With a decent shot of rain. We'll see.

I need the rain for the lawn, after last weekends heavy rains grass was looking good but a ful week later with the hotter temps the lawn is looking kinda poor.
