toasty temperature for an elevation of 7000 feet. The cooling trend isn't precisely that-there's some mid level moisture expected to trickle in and increase cloudiness and the risk of dry boomers for you. In the meantime, the medium range models show absolutely no inclination on the part of the monsoon to move north before the end of the month.

Yes indeed, it's HOT for here.......I haven't gone outside for most of the afternoon (plus it's the final round of the US Open LOL!) here's the scoop, take note of the temps for Show Low, they have increased the temps for the rest of the week!
.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES AND WARM
DAYTIME CONDITIONS OVER MUCH OF THE AREA THROUGH THE WEEK. SOME
MOISTURE FROM NEW MEXICO WILL PUSH INTO THE EAST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS
OF ARIZONA MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THIS WILL LEAD TO A SLIGHT
CHANCE OF AFTERNOON SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WHITE
MOUNTAINS...AND NORTH TO THE CHUSKA RANGE...THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
DRY SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL END THE THREAT FOR SHOWERS IN THE EAST
BY THURSDAY.
.DISCUSSION...CUMULUS FIELD DEVELOPING OVER HIGHER TERRAIN IN THE
EAST COINCIDING WITH THE MOISTURE SEEP DISCUSSED THIS MORNING. THIS
MOISTURE SOURCE WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH TOWARDS ZONES 11/14/17 OVER
THE NEXT FEW DAYS...LEADING TO SOME ISOLATED CONVECTIVE ACTIVITY IN
THAT REGION. BY THURSDAY...A TROUGH WILL DRY OUT ALL OF THE AREA YET
AGAIN...ALONG WITH SOME COOLING...AND INCREASED SOUTHWEST WINDS INTO
NEXT WEEKEND. PETERSON.
.FGZ...NONE.

101°F yesterday here but we have a lot of flat Cu today so I doubt that we'll get much above the mid 90's today.

We hit a high so far of 91°, temp is dropping as the humidity is climbing and some pretty decent buildup to my NW and SE....lotsa virga but nuthin' hitting the ground.

It's been rather warm here also, not as hot as down there! :o Been in a stretch of 80s for about 5 days - not 70s... 80s is pretty darn warm to me! :o It's probably cold to you guys... LOL!

Hmmmm...92°, huh?
That's about the temp when we Texans decide to turn on the AC.
Just kidding!
Seriously, everyone down here teases me because I keep my office cool and have a fan blowing on me when it's still only in the 70's. Meanwhile, I crack up at them because when it gets down into the 50's, people are walking around with gloves and coats.
Stay cool, Snowman! Don't melt.
