I know JB is like the only one mentioning a heavy snow event from an already multifacetted huge storm about to congeal with 2 tropical/ subtropical systems possible merge into a monster bomb northeast of New England by Tue.

What do you think are the chances?

I think an ultimate Storm of Century that will affect the entire Atlantic coast to coast and be a monster gale storm for England and Europe. Imagine a Day After Tomorrow-sized, hurricane strength swirling classic comma system from Newfoundland to the North Sea! A storm system covering the entire North Atlantic.

Not that I'd want to see the already flooded Northeast get drenched, a snowstorm to cost hundreds on heating bills, and hurt the U.S. economy. But I'd love to see an epic storm over the North Atlantic flexing the muscle of nature like never before.

Can you post the news article? I can't see the article when I click on the link. It just shows a grey area under the AccuWeather header. Do you need to be a member to see this?
