...the trees are whistling for the dogs.

I think my calendar is wrong. Is it really November? We've already reached 88° here! If my parent's pool wasn't messed up from Rita, I think I'd go swimming later. lol

It's hot enough!

It's very warm for November, near record warmth to be exact. Here's hoping for a strong cold front next week because it won't be cooling off much this week. Oh yeah and is it ever going to RAIN again? We're about 25" under for the year  .

Well it looks like models are tying to come together with a strong front pushing through our area come next Tuesday/Wednesday. I sure hope it pans out. Anyone have any info. on this?

the latest NWS forecasts call for middle 60s for highs next Wed/Thurs, but looking at some of the latest models, these numbers could even be a little lower. I also hope this pans out...it has been way to hot lately.

I haven't looked at it closely but what I have seen makes me think we will be getting "brushed" by the front or will be on the "backside" as opposed to getting the main thrust of the cold. Still it looks like it will be a nice cool down from the craziness we have been having of 20º above normal.
