Wicked Weather - Fires in Texas and Oklahoma

While there's flooding in California, Texas and Oklahoma are on fire and there's no end in sight. Fires have killed at least four people and destroyed more than 120 homes across Texas and Oklahoma.
My aunt lives in Bangs, Texas which is near Brownwood and from the top of her hill, she can see 4 different wildfires burning (as of yesterday). One of them is the Cross Plains fire I've seen on Fox News. So far the winds have been in her favor but I have a lot of relatives in that area and I'm worried about them. I pray for rain!
I'm afraid New Year's fireworks will start even more rounds of fires.
Dec. 27: A house surrounded by trees burns in Arlington, Texas.
Dec. 28: A chimney is all that is left of a home after wild fires destroyed land and property northeast of Gainesville, Texas.
Homes burn after a grass fire swept through Mustang, Okla.

"We didn't take any clothes, and now it's all gone," Kenneth Dixson said Wednesday night while eating at First Baptist Church, where the Red Cross set up a shelter. "I didn't want to go back out there today. I just didn't want to see it again."
Severe drought, wind gusts of 40 mph and temperatures reaching the low 80s earlier this week set the stage for the fires in Texas and Oklahoma, which authorities believe were mostly set by people ignoring fire bans and burning trash, shooting fireworks or throwing out cigarettes. At least 73 blazes were reported in Texas over two days, and dozens more broke out in Oklahoma.
