Its shaping up to be the year of contrasting severe weather across the US.Drought in Okalhoma and Texas, floods in California,tornado outbreaks early in the southeast 
The 10 day extended outlook for North Texas shows not a drop of rain.This is getting very scary.I see water rationing ahead,andranchers having to sell off their cattle
