Wow, this is unusual. :eek: Considering this is part of the same storm system that's moving into my area right now. Not often that happens. Could be interesting...

The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
east Central Butte County in east central Idaho
extreme northwestern Bingham County in southeast Idaho
northwestern Jefferson County in southeast Idaho

* until 815 PM MDT

* at 740 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 24 miles
southwest of Monteview... or about 17 miles southeast of Berenice...
moving north at 30 mph.

* The tornado is expected to be near...
Monteview by 815 PM MDT

The safest place to be during a tornado is in a basement. Get under a
workbench or other piece of sturdy furniture. If no basement is
available... seek shelter on the lowest floor of the building in an
interior hallway or room such as a closet. Use blankets or pillows to
cover your body and always stay away from windows.

If in Mobile homes or vehicles... evacuate them and get inside a
substantial shelter. If no shelter is available... lie flat in the
nearest ditch or other low spot and cover your head with your hands.

Should this be in the thursday outbreak thread? Because this is part of the system in would be counted to the total.

I don't think it has anything to do with that storm, but I could be wrong. If it touches down, it will probably be a weak F0 or F1 tornado.
