I checked the long-range forecast on Weather Underground for Richmond, Virginia at 2006 April 26 16:20 pm EDT. This is what it says the weather is going to be next Tuesday night and Wednesday (May 2 and 3):

Tuesday Night and Wednesday
Mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers. Lows in the upper 40s. Highs around 70. Wind chill values as low as 120 below.

Uh,oh. I better get out my warmest parkas and face mask. It's going to feel like 120 below out there, even though the temperature will be in the upper 40s. How fast a wind speed do you need to create that wind chill?

wow...thats quite a typo...it doesnt even get to those wind chills in alaska...besides...that would be like 350mph winds to get that wind chill in the lower 40's
