I've heard some people say its colorado but I want to be a specialist for severe weather such as tornados and storms. Where would be the best place to go?.

OU in Norman Oklahoma...

Alabama and Colorado both have really good schools though.

Yeah well, I am also proud to be a Sooner, but prefer not to toot the horn too loud... When I recommend a program that even I graduated from, I tend to minimize it...

But, seriously, OU is the best meteorology school out there...

There was a discussion about some met schools earlier with some great replies.

Just a suggestion but try using the search button. Many times the topic has already been discussed. :)
