Tubing this weekend?

Any thoughts on San Marcos rain? Yikes! Went from 30% rain to 60% rain overnight. Don't want to waste a trip since I'm exhausted as it is.
but kids want to go. Weatherguy said if low developes it will be 60% if it doesn't will dimish...How do I plan around that one? *pulling hair out*. Any thoughts would help my jello-brained self today...
