Looks like a vigorous tropical wave currently passing through the Leeward islands and Puerto Rico will roll in sometime Fri night and exit by Sun evening. Yet another wash-out as the tropical wave train this summer seems to come in on the weekends. We have had few nice and sunny weekends this summer
