Thats right, nothing, zip, nadda, zero, not a drop.
Obviously the record is for the driest month.

As far as I know, months with absolutely no precipitation are not all that uncommon in that area.

Actually, this set a record, so obviously it hasn't happened specifically in Palm Springs, but it does happen in that area.

BTW, there was this place in Asia that did not receive one drop of rain in 15 years.

There's a place in the Atacama desert that has been rainless even longer. I believe the longest stretch without rain in the Mojave is a bit over 700 days.
