What a cool down. After a week in the 80's the next 3 days will be in the mid 70's with low humidity and nights in the 50's. Love this weather. Maybe this is a look into a cool Autumn and cold Winter. I hope so.

I think it is. After a wonderful 2 days in Houston...another (possibly stronger) front is expected this weekend, followed by another one being forecasted by the GFS the week after that. Doesn't seem like a prolonged warm period is in sight and all I keep seeing and hearing is...cold front.

IMO, Fall has arrived early and winter will too.

Over here we've had high temperatures in the 50s with lows in the low 40s and upper 30s. A major storm moved through last weekend and lasted for a day and a half, another storm moved through this morning, and another storm is going to move in tomorrow night.

Yeah, I'd say fall has arrived early.

Well Saturday it is supposed to be in the mid 80's with Sunday near 90. So Fall is not quit here yet. :(

next front arriving this Sunday will bring highs in the low-mid 80s and lows in the upper 50s-lower 60s. Then, next week, a stronger front will possibly bring highs in the 70s and lows in the lower to middle 50s. Based on this, I am still agreeing with what I said earlier...Fall has arrived early. :D

BTW: After the highs in the 90s we are expecting tomorrow...Houston does not have another forecasted day of 90 or more for the next 7-14 days.

Looks like all the things are going to come together to give you guys a much cooler and wetter winter than last year! I don't think we will be hearing from azdustman again for many, many seasons...
