Eastern and Mid-eastern Heat

Here in St. Pete it is 78 degrees, going for 85. Thats at least 2 months ahead of schedule. Look at Atlanta, its 76*. The humidity makes it feel like its June . The entire country except the desert south west is above average for highs and lows:

Could this be a sign of things to come? I think it may be a long, hot, dry summer at least in florida. The only hope in sight here iis that I saw the first line of seabreeze clouds blow over around 7:30 last night.
