From a high of like 82 on Monday to starting today off with a 28 on the thermometer. Brrrr.

not so drastic, but here we are expected to go from 83-85 to 70-75

Temps here are expected to drop to highs in the mid 50s to lows in the mid to upper 30s.

80s to low 60s today, with lows in the upper 30s.
Friday night the low is 30 and Saturday night the low is 27. After the long spree of warm weather which was near 90 several times it feels really cold, lol!
All the plants are in full bloom and I don't think anyone around here really expected a cold snap so a lot of people have gone ahead and planted not only flower beds, but also their crops.. will the cold Saturday night be low enough to kill anything? I hope not! It all looks really pretty, even if it is horrible on my allergies.

upper 80's to lower 50's here for highs: 60 to lowers 30's for lows also

its not that unusual. Our "normal" last freeze in Amarillo isn't until 4/16 and we've had 5" of snow as late as May 2. We always seem to have a cold snap for Easter here.

It's too cold for April.
