Here is what I found from the State College, Pennsylvania National Weather Service, which covers the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area:

There has actually been a lot of severe weather and flooding across a good part of PA the last 10 days. Quiet a few counties in northern PA as well as western PA have had a lot of wind damage and flash flooding. On Monday, July 21, several torandoes touched down across northern and western PA with the strongest one being an F3.

This actually is very funny:
"Officials confirm a
twister ripped through Upper Dauphin County Tuesday afternoon. Dauphin County Emergency Management toured the area with the National Weather Service.
They rated the tornado an F-0."
I've never hear an F-0 (40-72MPH) ripping anything. The TORs in OKC...
they ripped. This knocked down some trees. Microbursts do more damage than most F-0's.
If I went on-air and said an F-0 "ripped" anything, I'd be "flipped" out the door and be flipping at McDonald's. Sheesh! What hype.

For Pennsylvania standards it "blasted through" Dauphin county.
