I was checking out the severe warnings page and saw this:

SPC makes no mention of it.

Thats certainly an odd location though.

Colusa is rather north of Sacramento. Tornadoes do occur on occasion in the Central Valley of CA though June is not normally a month for them to occur.

Well, they do tend to be underreported as CA does get about a dozen or so tornadoes each year with the hot spots being the Central Valley and coastal SoCA in the Winter and an occasional one in the deserts during monsoonal moisture surges in the Summer.
