66 (through 3 PM) ties the record low maximum in Philly, last 'hit' in 1990.

It's been raw and rainy all day around here as well.

Just shy of the record for Philly, as temps nudged upward to 67F at 3:15pm ET Monday.
But really really close.
Pittsburgh PA (among several other cities) Sunday saw a record low max for Aug 19 with temps just reaching 64F.

And like last week or the week before the whole east U.S. was reaching record highs! Now they have record low highs??? What a swing.

I've been so busy with Dean I didn't even notice the flood watch.

I would not be surprised if Philly does it today though. The record low maximum is 66 today. 60 at PHL at 11 AM.

Oh what i'd give for 66°.

I have a sweatshirt on in august, and I'm loving every minute of it.

We tied another record 'low' high again today. 69 degrees.

First time since 1940 we have had three straight days under 70 degrees.

Please send some of that globally warmed air down this way.....MGC

I had to dig for my jacket yesterday it was buried in my boxes from moving, it felt great!

It had been quite refreshing the last few days.

Now, it's muggy as heck again, but it was great to see the sun.

I think that the Arctic and the polar bears would like to see some cooler temps as well....

Really getting muggy here tonight and the flying ants outside the hospital are out in force
