Cool deal, weatherwunder!...Thanks for posting...

I don't have anything that I can do that with, except using my digital camera for weather shots (and boy, am I having fun using that camera in the last 2 weeks!)

Hey, thanks, weatherwunder! You're lucky to have a webcam!
I haven't even dug into my pockets for a digi-cam, yet! I DID
read in USA Today where a company is coming out out with a
throw-away digital camera, similar to the regular toss-out
cams that one can buy at Walmart...you can take it to a 1-hr
photo center and they load the pics on a CD for you....
Aaaah....I am the cheapskate....! :D

Looks quite ominous outside your house right now ... getting any rain?

pawlee,
It is really not that difficult. The software I use is free, and is located here:

http://www.visiongs.de/

It is really easy to set-up. Mine is just looking out the front window of my study.

If you try the software, and have any questions, just let me know.
