Will SOMEONE PLEASE turn OFF the HEAT?

This weather has been GREAT....I don't have to SHOVEL SUNSHINE 
, however, SOMEONE needs to hit the thermostat and turn OFF the HEAT 
Hit a high of 73°, that's ONLY 16° ABOVE the seasonal average
The nights are WONDERFUL and mornings too! Morning lows are around 23-27° but by 1000 hours, it's OFF with the jacket and ON with the SHORTS!
