Dust over Italy..

Dust over Italy today.. and strong winds. I live in Roma.
This phenomenon occurs many times during the year.

Does that dust make the sunsets to look different? or that only happens with volcanic ash.

YES, in presence of dust in the sky the sunsets is much more red-pink-orange..
