it's very fortunate that Dovi is not threatening any land because the storm appears to be bombing.

Dovi is Bombing

TC15P (Dovi) now located 370 ESE of Pago-Pago is now at 125G150kt and is in the middle of a rapid intensification phase. The storm is expected to peak at 140kt in 24 hours before beginning to weaken as it gains latitude and moves southward into the westerlies.
