"You have now entered a season that seems so familiar...but you will soon see, with John Doe, that it is a season no one has ever seen before...in the Twilight Zone."

Old enough to remember that show and the narrow tied cutie host (by the standards of the day) when it was new each week 8-)

I think everyone in the tropics is feeling like Linda Blair.

"Make it stop! Make it stop!"

Or like in the Godfather when Don Vito Corelone says: "Hold your friends close and your enemies closer."

This season it is: "Hold your plywood close and your generator closer."

Hurricanes, the final frontier. These are the voyages of Hurricane season 2005. Its one-year mission: to destroy strange new worlds; to seek out new life and new civilizations; to boldly go where no man has gone before.

:roflmao: MJ!! Oh, and was that "cutie" host named Rod Serling or Sterling, something like that?

This season reminds of the movie SPEED! With the mad bomber Dennis Hopper being the storms, and all of us the passengers on the bus, are never able to relax and catch our breath. Each unfolding disaster seemingly is going to be worse than the one before, and the passengers who don't heed precautionary advice are doomed to suffer the consequences!!!

Yep, Rod Serling! That penetrating gaze, that deep voice! Those really bad suits and ties!
