I met Mark last year when he was at the Lowes. I will be getting the time he will be in Texas City. I was the only forum member to meet him last year.
Hey Brian:
Sorry to take so long to respond. Thanks for the link- awesome work there. Lots of time put in to that.
I am going to be in Texas City again this year- I think it's June 16. Will be inside this time with a nice set up. Hope you can come out for a little while again.
The season looks to be one of plenty of action. I hope that people indeed learned something from 2005 and took 2006 to prepare their homes, etc. I guess we'll see one way or another. Keep in touch and thanks again for the email! Hopefully I'll see you in Texas!

Lets see, I met him when he dropped off the HLP Vehicle, met him and Jesse Bass during Ophelia, and more recently, met him a couple weeks ago at the Hurricane Fair at the Lowe's in Morehead City. If you have a chance to go, then do so, he has quite a bit of information in handouts (including a big tracking map) and knows pretty much everything in the Lowe's stores that they sell. Got a genny question? He can certainly help you out with that as well.

Argh! He's going to be in Mobile Saturday and I can't make it!
The menfolk are going fishing in the Gulf. We- the womenfolk and kiddos- have planned a fun day for us, too. Lowe's might be fun for me but I think the rest would prefer the beach. So, I won't be able to be there. There's always something that comes up. Oh well.... maybe next year.
