What's That Spin Near 6N 44W?

Are my eyes deceiving me or is that something forming near 6N 44W in this pic?

I know it's in the ITCZ but still looks kind of interesting to me.

Looks like a small vortex embedded near a tropical wave
It's worth watching, though I don't expect any short-term
development.
