INVEST 90S

Ok, uh what the heck? It would be July, if I'm not mistaken. This isn't the SHEM storm season, and there's an INVEST? That's we.... wait... it's gone! It dissapeared from NRL in the time it took for me to post this. What? Is this an error or something?
