I said 11. While this storm is getting its act together, I dont think its going to strengthen 15 mph in 6 hrs. Id expect 65 or 70mph at 5pm, and 75mph at 11, maybe even 80mph

Um, TS Dean is pulling a Tropical Storm Bud on us (2006 Epac), and I picked 5 pm today for hurricane strength. The trend MUST continue though, if it gives out midway, no hurricane by 5 pm.

I said Wednesday morning with the poll last Friday. I'll stick with my prediction, but move it to 11PM.

I voted 11 also, I expect 70 at 5, it's still 2 days from the islands and with no plane out there yet they won't rush to upgrade.
