Re: Volcanic Dust & 2008 Hurricane Season
Their nothing wrong with discussing these theories I find it interesting that a volcanic eruption in South America might have an effect on hurricane season.I'm rooting for tropical storms not hurricanes to hit South Florida to raise the lake level and get us out of this two year drought.A major hurricane would basically send Florida over the edge especially with foreclosures and people that can't afford insurance for natural disasters. As far as gas prices go the price of oil hit $120 a barrel.A hurricane in the GOM would send the prices a lot higher as Frank2 stated in the above thread.

Let's revisit ALL of these "season ending" events around late August, shall we? Then we'll know a lot more about how the 2008 hurricane season will REALLY turn out.
I also applaud this post and agree with it 100%.
