When and where will Dolly develop?
When and where will Dolly develop?
When will she be named...
This is a hard one because 94L could be named, but that strong wave over the Eastern Atlantic might take it to. 94L in 12 hours could be a dead wave again with its history, but I will say Dolly will come from that. But I'm not going to say that the wave off Africa can't.

Dolly will be named @ 11AM this morning. The info is already in from the hurricane hunters that support naming the storm.

Do you think maybe a dead line to name the strom would be good. Like 24 hours in advance.
Just saying.
