Classic Photos from Historical Texas Hurricanes

#1 Postby KatDaddy » Sat Oct 11, 2008 5:46 pm

Since IKE I have been researching Alicia again since she was my first hurricane 25 years ago. I stumbled across the Caller Times gallery from Corpus Christi which has some great classic photos.

It has photos from Beulah, Celia, Carla, Allen, Alicia, Anita, Amelia, Brett, and Rita.

KatDaddy, thanks for sharing that. 8-)

Some very cool pix in there. The Carla gallery from 1961 really caught my attention with the magnitude of destruction evident from some of the photos.
