As we are enter into the heart of the season we may well have two TD's in the comming days as the Bahamas system is slowly organizing and the CV wave is looking on sat images almost like a TD so let's see what happens with both systems.
What are the opinions of all about the possibility of having 2 TD's soon?

Keeping a watchful eye on the tropics for sure. I haven't been in here as much over the last few days but I am still monitoring it. Hopefully I will have more time as the next week approaches.

I agree Marshall. I see no evidence of the convection near the Bahamas getting any better organized.

Both systems are looking very organized today. The Cape Verde system is th one we need to watch IMO as it is very close to TD status if it isn't already there. The big question with it, besides what is it now?, is whether it will respond to the progged weakness in the ridge around 50W and become a fish or continue on towards the islands as it develops.
Even though the Bahamas disturbance is much closer to the US mainland, I do not see it reaching the East Coast. There is another incoming trough that will be over the East coast for the next 5-7 days that should pick up anything that might develop and move it NE away from landfall.
