In the Atlantic Hurricane Isabel continues to strengthen and could threaten the Northern Carribean Islands in a few days. It appears that Isabel could be a definite threat to FL and possibly the whole East coast of the United States. TD #14 is very near the Cape Verde Islands? Check it all out at the above link.
